Excellent service. Pipeline allows me to have a detailed view of my member engagement and is an invaluable member retention tool. Customer service is excellent - very responsive and transparent. Highly recommended to any studio looking for a well presented, one stop shop to monitor their studio performance. Info is clearly presented, and is easily actionable. They've also done a great job in highlighting the most relevant data so users don't get lost in a sea of unimportant information, and can focus on what matters.

It lets me be anywhere in the world and still have my studios running and growing exponentially at the same time because I could just watch on my laptop or phone and see what was going on at the studio at any given time and know exactly what was happening without having to pull a thousand reports.
